Order Supervisor Training
Use this program to satisfy the Reasonable Suspicion Training requirements for DOT and NON-DOT Supervisors.
After completing this form, you will receive an email with a link to take the course (or forward to the individuals who need to take it).
Upon completion of the course, the user will be issued a unique registration number to be able to take the quiz.
The program consists of a 25 min video, a course workbook (including numerous scenarios and sample forms) and finally a short 20 question quiz.
A certificate will be emailed upon successful completion of the course.
